All right guys…the weeks are just flying by and here we are finishing up Week 3 of the Jeffrey Court Renovation. So, originally I said that was going to try to do this renovation all on my own, but this week was all about the professionals. Sometimes no matter how hard you try or how many YouTube videos you watch, you just have to call in the BIG guns and that’s exactly what happened this week.
Okay friends…it’s week 2 of the Jeffrey Court All Star Challenge. Just like the last time I did a big renovation challenge, things seem to take much longer than expected and of course, to keep it interesting nothing seems to go according to the plan.
Okay friends…who’s ready to start a new project! Not just any project, who thinks it’s time to tackle another big renovation? Recently, I was invited to participate in the first ever Jeffrey Court All-Star Renovation Challenge. I couldn’t be more excited and honored to be asked to compete in this fun challenge. As an added bonus, Frog Tape and Behr Paint are also sponsoring this Challenge, so beyond excited to work with all these amazing companies.
Who’s ready to see something super cool? Are you ready for your DIY projects to get a little easier and as a bonus without any math? Umm…yes, please! I was just introduced to the Cubit by Lets Plott. This little magic tape measure does so many things.
Umm…so things are super weird right now, Obviously!!! Do you need a distraction? I sure do…Why not do something productive and fun with all of our extra time at home. Who is with me and thinks we should start building things? I was so excited to be invited by Sam @Diyhuntress and Jen @Jenwoodhome, to participate in their #buildathome with a bunch of amazing makers. The challenge is super simple. Stay home, use scrap wood you already have on hand, get creative and start building…Challenge accepted ladies!!
Well, that’s a wrap on The Jeffrey Court Renovation Challenge! I can’t even believe how quickly 6 weeks flew by. I’m not going to lie, completely renovating a Master Bathroom in 6 weeks is not for the faint of heart. This was by FAR the hardest project I have done thus far. Literally every single inch of my body hurts and I am starting to resemble a homeless person right about now. Not to mention, I am failing in all other parts of my life, wife, mother, friend, etc. I have been working non-stop on this project, down till the very last hour in the competition…all the sweat, blood (there really was blood), and oh my goodness the tears and so so much coffee were all completely worth it in the end though.
